Summary
A statue of the legendary Smithtown Bull at the west end of the multiplex with <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_State_Route_25" class="extiw" title="w:New York State Route 25">New York State Route 25</a>(left side) and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_State_Route_25A" class="extiw" title="w:New York State Route 25A">New York State Route 25A</a>(right side) in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smithtown_(CDP),_New_York" class="extiw" title="w:Smithtown (CDP), New York">Smithtown, New York</a>. Local legend has it that after rescuing a Native American Chief's kidnapped daughter, colonial pioneer Richard Smith was told that the Chief would grant title to all of the land Smith could encircle in one day on a bull. This statue is supposed to represent that bull.
