The 2011–12 season was Forest Green Rovers's 15th consecutive season in The Football Conference, the top division of England's Non-League football structure. The Nailsworth based club also competed in the FA Cup and the FA Trophy. They ended the Conference season with a 10th place league finish - the second year in a row the club had secured such a position.
