The 91st Security Forces Group is a unit of the 91st Missile Wing based at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. The 91st SFG consists of the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron, the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron, and the 91st Security Support Squadron. As of 18 December 2008, the 91st SFG includes the 219th Security Forces Squadron of the North Dakota Air National Guard. When fully manned, the 219 SFS will be the largest Air Guard Security Forces Squadron.

These units are the largest military police contingent at Minot Air Force Base, being primarily responsible for maintaining the security of the Minuteman III missile silos in the surrounding area. When added together with the 5th Security Forces Squadron, Minot AFB has more Security Forces Airmen than any other installation in the Department of Defense.
