AJ's change of network, also came with his change of manager from Boy Abunda to Popoy Caritativo. His first show in the Kapuso Network was Show Me Da Manny which stars Manny Pacquiao and Marian Rivera.[8]

In 2010, it was reported that Dee was expected to appear in a soap opera, co-starring with Maxene Magalona in a remake of Bakit Kay Tagal ng Sandali? on GMA Network. However, he later backed out of the series and was replaced by Mike Tan. The show was later cancelled, but then picked up again by GMA Network as a mid-season replacement with Dee re-joining the cast.[citation needed]

In 2011, Dee was headlined to be one of the extended cast of the upcoming epic serye of GMA Network, Amaya.
