Adnan Gušo (born 30 November 1975) is a former Bosnian football goalkeeper and currently goalkeeping coach. He played for many clubs across Europe.

Football career

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Gušo started his career at FK Željezničar Sarajevo. He was usually a regular first team choice and in 1998 he has won a championship title. Soon he went abroad. After a short spell in Turkish Erzurumspor and Spartak Moscow, he signed a one-year contract with FK Sarajevo in summer 2002.[1] Gušo shortly after went to Romania, where he played for several clubs.

Romania

Gušo was signed a three-and-a-half year contract with FC Universitatea Craiova in January 2003, on free transfer.[2]

After the relegation, he signed for FC Dinamo Bucureşti in summer 2005, and in January 2006 he signed a two-year deal with FC Argeş Piteşti.[3]

In January 2008, he moved to Olympiakos Nicosia and since June 2009, he is a goalkeeping coach in FK Željezničar.[citation needed]

International career

Gušo was not call-up to Blaž Sliškovićs squad for the first four matches of UEFA Euro 2008 qualifying. At that time the first and second choice goalkeepers were Kenan Hasagić and Almir Tolja. Due to Fuad Muzurovićs appointment as coach, both were dropped and Gušo played the remaining 8 games as first choice.
