Allan Louis Neville Jay MBE (born 30 June 1931, in London, England) was a British foil and épée fencer.
One of the greatest fencers in British history, Jay competed in five Olympiads in both épée and foil, winning silver medals at the 1960 Rome Olympics in Individual and Team Épée.[1] [2][3] At the World Championships, Jay won bronze in Team Foil in 1955, bronze in Individual Foil in 1957, and gold in Individual Foil in 1959.[1]
Jay is Jewish.[4] He won three gold medals at both the 1953 Maccabiah Games and the 1957 Maccabiah Games.[1][4]
