Arlo Adolph Brunsberg (born August 15, 1940) is a former professional baseball player. He played two games in Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers in 1966 as a catcher.

Brunsberg also played nine seasons in the minor leagues, spending at least part of each season in the Tigers system. After his playing career, he spent three years, 1971 to 1973, as head baseball coach at North Dakota State University.
