Arnold E. Reif (born July 15, 1924 in Vienna, Austria) is an American academic[1] who made early contributions to cancer research. He is best known for his 1964 discovery[2] of the first T cell marker, an antigen he later named Thy-1.[3] His Google Scholar H-index[4] is 25. He is the author of 119 publications.[5]
