Bamboutos FC is a Cameroonian football club based in Mbouda and founded in 1966. They are a member of Fédération Camerounaise de Football. Their home stadium is Stade de Mbouda.
Match-fixing scandal
Bamboutos were at the centre of a match-fixing scandal in 2007, and relegated two divisions as a result, after club captain Koss Roger handed Fédéral Noun captain, Nkouma Rim, an envelope full of cash on the pitch during the side's meeting. Minutes later, Rim allowed Roger to score.[citation needed]
