Bobby Ray Franklin (born October 5, 1936) is a former American football safety for the Cleveland Browns. He played as a quarterback for Ole Miss in college, and was the head football coach st Northwest Mississippi Community College. On June 25, 2010 he was inducted to the Mississippi Association of Coaches Hall of Fame.
After retiring, he coached the defensive backs and special teams for the Dallas Cowboys from 1968 - 1972.[1]
