Buddleja 'Monrell', selling name Strawberry Lemonade™, is a cultivar which originated as a sport of 'Pink Delight', discovered by Philip Turrell in 1997 and introduced by the wholesale Monrovia Nursery, Azusa, California. [1] [1]
Description
Strawberry Lemonade grows to a height and spread of 2.5 × 2.5 m, the shrub distinguished by its variegated foliage, the leaves with cream margins, and terminal panicles, < 25 cm long, of rich pink flowers.[2]
Cultivation
Strawberry Lemonade is not known to be in cultivation beyond the USA.[2]
