Carlos Ramón Mendoza (born November 4, 1974) is a former professional baseball player. He played parts of two seasons in Major League Baseball for the New York Mets (1997) and Colorado Rockies (2000), primarily as an outfielder. He batted and threw left-handed.
In a two-season career, Mendoza hit .182 with one RBI and no home runs in 28 games.
Mendoza currently serves as a coach for the Class-A Charleston RiverDogs in the South Atlantic League.[1][not in citation given]
