Charles J. Pilliod, Jr. (born October 20, 1918) was an American diplomat. His ambassadorial post was in Mexico from 1986 to 1989.[1] Pilliod was also the CEO of the Goodyear tire company[2] for 42 years before retiring in 1983.
He served in World War II from 1942 to 1945 as a pilot in the 20th Air Force.[3]
