Cokodok (alternate spelling: Cekodok), also called Kuih Kodok or Cucur or Jemput-jemput, is a traditional Brunei and Malaysian fritter snack that is made with flour and banana,[1] and is fried.[2] It is usually round in shape and tends to vary in size.[3] There are many varieties of this snack, some substituting the banana with anchovies, prawns,[4] onion or maize.
