Conor Patrick McGinn (born 31 July 1984 in Camlough) is a British Labour Party politician. On 7 May 2015 he was elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for St Helens North.

He is from Camlough, South Armagh, Northern Ireland.[1]

Before his election he represented the socialist societies on the Labour Party National Executive Committee.[2] He worked as an advisor to Vernon Coaker, then shadow defence secretary.[3]

Post election he was appointed to the Defence Select Committee and he currently serves as an Opposition Whip.
