The Douli is a subcaste or tribe of MUGHAL clan, found mainly in both Indian Administered and Pakistani administered Poonch.Douli,s ancestry meets with Nawab-ud-Doula. Nawab-ud-Doula family roots meets with Ameer Tamoor gorkhan. Nawab-ud-Doula bin Mirza said Ahmed bin Mirza umar sheikh bin Ameer Tamoor
The Douli (Urdu:دولی) is a Pahari speaking tribe, found mainly in both Indian Administered and Pakistani administered Poonch region of Jammu. The tribe claims ancestry from an individual named Nawab-ud-Doula. The Douli' are found mainly along line of control in the villages of Hajira, Dara Sher Khan, Mandhole, Abbaspur, Serarri as well Rawalakot town in Poonch District.Other then that Douli'live in N.W.F.P Hazara likly Haripure district Mostly in Tehsil Ghazi, and District Sawabi, speak Hindko,others are Pahari speaking as are most Poonch District tribes. They use the title Sardar in their names and agriculture is the main profession of the tribe.[1]

Sultan Abu Saeed Khan Bozanjari was a king of Iran and Horasa .Ameer Behrma and his son Ameer Mohammad Douldai had Distinction in his kingdom.
Ameer Hafiz Douldai, Hafiz Mohammad and Tahir Douldai have had good attribution towardZahir-ud-din Muhammad Babur. They fought against Uzbeks and died in that battle. In Zahir-ud-din Muhammad Babur regime another Douldai Ameer Sultan Mahmood has also been discussed .When Babar attacked against Abrahim Lodi Sultan Mahmood was also fighting from his side.
