Ernst Ludvig Emanuel Schultz (May 15, 1879 – June 20, 1906), born in Horsens, was an early twentieth century Danish athlete who specialised in the 400 metres. He participated at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris and won the Bronze medal in the Men's 400 metres event. Member of Københavns Idræts Forening and Hellerup. Won only once the Danish Championship; 150 meter 1899.
He died after accidentally drowning in Roskilde Fjord at the age of 27.
