Fame House
Fame House is a Philadelphia-based marketing agency that specializes in building, marketing, managing, and monetizing its clients' online presence.[1] Founded by Michael Fiebach in 2011 following years working for DJ Shadow,[2] the company was acquired by SFX Entertainment in 2013,[3][4] and is the first company to monetize music through BitTorrent[5][6][7] (as a result of which, Music Ally named it one of the Top 40 Music Industry Disruptors for 2013).[8] In 2015, Philadelphia (magazine) named Fame House one of Philly's 20 Coolest Companies.[9]
Fame House began with clients such as DJ Shadow, Josh Wink, and Pretty Lights, and has since expanded to represent artists such as Eminem, Amanda Palmer, and Tiesto.[10]
Eminem's manager, Paul Rosenberg, refers to Fame House as a "nimble, cutting-edge company to support our online marketing, social media, and merchandising endeavors."[11]
Eric Hahn, the CMO of Fame House, was named as Drexel University's Young Alumni Entrepreneur Award in 2015 for his work with Fame House.[12]
In 2016, Fame House was chosen as a Philadelphia Future 50 company by SmartCEO Magazine. These awards are given to the fastest-growing mid-sized companies in the region.[13]
