Gerald Alan Alphin (born May 21, 1964) was a wide receiver and slotback who played eight seasons in the Canadian Football League, mainly for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Alphin played college football at Kansas State University. Gerald put up 4 1,000 yards receiving seasons with his best coming with Ottawa in 1989 where he rolled up 1471 yards with 10 touchdowns, he also threw for a touchdown that season as well. 1994 with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Gerald racked up 18 touchdowns and came 6 yards short of another 1,000 yard year, but set a personal best with 73 receptions.
In 1995 he was a member of the Grey Cup winning Baltimore Stallions.
