The Heritage Flight Museum is a non-profit organization founded by the family of Apollo 8 astronaut William Anders in 1996 at the Bellingham International Airport (KBLI) in Bellingham, Washington. The purpose of the museum is "to help educate the public to understand and appreciate the contribution military aircraft, and the people that flew them, have made to our heritage, national security and freedom." The Museum moved and has reopened at the Skagit Regional Airport just west of Burlington, Washington.[1][2]
