The Hornell Dodgers are a collegiate summer baseball team in the New York Collegiate Baseball League. The team is composed of college students from schools all over the country who are often recruited by the coaches and the general manager. Players and coaches travel to Hornell for the summer and stay with host families for the duration.

History

Hornell has a rich history in baseball. For many years from the late 19th- and through the 20th centuries there was a farm team or semi-pro team from the town. The current iteration of the Dodgers have been around since 1994.

Location

The Hornell Dodgers play their home games at Maple City Park in Hornell, NY. The baseball field is located on the corner of State Route 36 and Adsit Street, behind the Hornell High School.
