Parliamentary elections were held in Hungary between 9 and 13 March 1869. The main issues were the legitimisation of the Austro-Hungarian Compromise of 1867 and the birth of Austria-Hungary.

Three parties ran for the seats; the supporters of the compromise founded the Deák Party, the partial opponents founded the Left Centre, and the total opponents founded the Far-left Party. The two main parties were the Deák Party and the Left Centre. Finally the Deák Party won the 55.95% of the seats.
