The Israeli Bobsled and Skeleton Team (Hebrew: נבחרת ישראל במזחלות קרח‎) is the official bobsleigh and skeleton team of Israel. The team is the competitive wing of Bobsled/Skeleton Israel (BSI, formerly Israeli Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF)), which Aaron Zeff and John Frank founded in 2002.[1]

Bobsled alumni include Zeff and Frank, as well as David Greaves, Moshe Horowitz, Andy Teig, Omri Geva, Dustin Patar and Micah Goldberg.[2]

BSI added Skeleton to its program in 2009. The skeleton team has 4 athletes competing in the 2015/16 season: AJ Edelman, Joel Seligstein, Larry Sidney, and Brad Chalupski. Edelman is the top-ranked athlete at 91st in the world rankings as of the beginning of the 2015/16 season.[1] Skeleton alumni include Aliyah Snyder.

On December 2, 2011, Chalupski earned Israel's first ever medal in Skeleton, finishing in fifth place at the Americas Cup race in Lake Placid, NY.[3] Chalupski is also the first skeleton athlete to represent Israel in the World Cup.

The Federation President is Andrew Teig, and the Secretary General is David Greaves. [4]
