Jan Schur (born 27 November 1962 in Leipzig) is a retired track cyclist and road cyclist from East Germany, who represented his native country at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. There he won the gold medal in the men's team time trial, alongside Uwe Ampler, Mario Kummer, and Maik Landsmann.
Schur was a professional road cyclist from 1990 to 1994. His father Gustav-Adolf Schur (born 1931) was also a famous cyclist.
