José Antonio Chang Escobedo (born 19 May 1958) was the Prime Minister of Peru, appointed by President Alan García.[1] He was also Minister of Education, and resigned both cabinet positions on Friday March 18, 2011.[2] Chang replaced Javier Velásquez as part of a cabinet reshuffle.[3] Chang was the second Chinese–Peruvian Prime Minister, the first being Víctor Joy Way.
