KBMB (710 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Sports radio format. Licensed to Black Canyon City, Arizona, USA. The station is currently owned by Entravision Holdings, LLC and features programming from ESPN Deportes Radio.[1]
History
The station was assigned the call letters KUET on March 30, 1981. On January 7, 2003, the station changed its call sign to KMIA; and again on July 9, 2010 to KBMB.[2]
The station's transmitter was vandalized (a person burned the steel support rods on four of the seven towers with a torch, causing them to crash to the ground) on March 4, 2006.[3] The station had returned to the air by the end of March 2006, but at severely reduced power.[4]
