Karel Vosátka (born November 20, 1929 in Plzeň) was a pairs figure skater who competed for Czechoslovakia. With partner Blažena Knittlová, he won the silver medal at the European Figure Skating Championships in 1948 and finished 16th at the 1948 Winter Olympics. He emigrated to Canada in 1975 and is still actively teaching figure skating. Married Cristina Patraulea (former Romanian National Champion figure skater) in 1963. Their son Robin Vosatka (born September 8, 1965) was a pairs (figure skater) finished 4th in the Canadian Championships in 1981. Grandfather of Colin Vosatka.
