The longnose darter (Percina nasuta) is a species of fish in the Percidae family. It is endemic to the United States.
Characteristics
Very colorful with an orange band, short bodies are usually a muted yellow in color.[1] Found mostly in the Ozark and Ouachita uplands in Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma.[2]
