Lutsk Raion (Ukrainian: Луцький район) is a raion in Volyn Oblast in western Ukraine. Its administrative center is the city of Lutsk, which does not belong to the reion and is incorporated separately as a city of oblast significance. Population: 62,770 (2015 est.)[1]
