Mihăileni (Hungarian: Sálfalva) is a commune located in Sibiu County, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Metiş (Mártonfalva), Mihăileni, Moardăş (Mardos), Răvăşel (Rovás) and Şalcău (Salkó). Metiş and Moardăş have fortified churches.
