Pirqa Pirqa (Aymara and Quechua pirqa wall,[1][2] the reduplication indicates that there is a group or a complex of something, "a group of walls", Hispanicized spelling Pirca Pirca) is an archaeological site in Peru. It is located in the Lima Region, Yauyos Province, Tanta District. Pirqa Pirqa was declared a National Cultural Heritage of Peru by Resolución Viceministerial No. 011-2013-VMPCIC-MC on February 7, 2013.[3] It lies north of the lake Pawqarqucha.[4]
