Sara Elizabeth Dallin (born 17 December 1961) is an English musician mostly noted for her membership of the group Bananarama, which she co-founded with her childhood friend Keren Woodward.[1]
Dallin was born in Bristol, England.[1] She attended St George's School for Girls in Bristol with Woodward and studied journalism at the London College of Fashion before she and Woodward founded Bananarama with Dublin native Siobhan Fahey.[2] Dallin and Woodward continue to tour and record as Bananarama.[3][4]
She was engaged to former Bananarama dancer Bassey Walker with whom she had a daughter, Alice, in 1991, but they later separated.[5][6]
