Sendai 89ers

The Sendai 89ers (仙台89ERS) are a Japanese basketball team playing in the Eastern Conference of the bj league. They are based in Sendai, in Miyagi Prefecture.
In July 2015 it was announced that the team will compete in the first division of the new Japan Professional Basketball League, which will commence from October 2016.[1]
