Sir Thomas Fitzherbert (1513/14–2 October 1591), was a member of Parliament and sheriff in England in the 16th century.

Fitzherbert was born c. 1513/14 the son of Sir Anthony Fitzherbert and Maud (née Cotton). He was elected to the House of Commons to represent Staffordshire in 1545 and served to 1547. He was knighted 22 February 1547, but fell out of favour afterwards and was imprisoned for much of his later life. He died in the Tower of London on 2 October 1591.[1]
