WAMR-FM (107.5 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish Contemporary format. Licensed to Miami, Florida, USA, the station serves the Miami area. The station is owned by WQBA-FMS Licenses Corporation.[2] The station is also broadcast on HD radio.[3]
The station was country-formatted WIGL from 1974 to 1979. In 1979 it became Top 40/Dance WQBA-FM ("Super Q"), sister to WQBA 1140 AM. The station used to be owned by Susquehanna Radio. The call sign WAMR is derived from the Spanish word amor, which means "love".
