WBBG is a commercial FM radio station in Youngstown, Ohio market broadcasting at 106.1 MHz with an oldies format. The station is licensed to Niles, Ohio, with programming as are fellow iHeartMedia, Inc. stations WWSW-FM in Pittsburgh and WMJI in Cleveland. WBBG is also a local affiliate for the Ohio State IMG Sports Network and the Cleveland Cavaliers of the (NBA).

The station first signed on the air as WNCD, licensed on October 29, 1987 (it signed back on May 15, 1988). It changed its call sign to WBBG on October 30, 2000, after the two stations swapped signals on August 30, 2000.

The WBBG call letters were used on a Cleveland AM station (at 1260-AM) from 1978 until 1987; the current WBBG picked them up on June 27, 1988, also as a reflection of its former AM sister station, WBBW 1240 kHz.

Programming

On weekday mornings, the Big Morning Show is aired with Jeff Kelly and Carol King from 5:00 am to 10:00 am.

Sister WMJI afternoon drive personality Don "Action" Jackson uses computerized voicetracking from WMJI's Cleveland area studios to cover the same shift on WBBG.

The music for each weekend has a theme. Classic American Top 40 shows from the 1970s with Casey Kasem are aired Saturday mornings at 6:00 and Sunday mornings at 8:00 (the 1980s version of same is aired on sister station WMXY). A special program, called the "Sunday Night Cruise" featuring Doo Wop hosted by Thomas John, airs Sunday evenings from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.

WBBG carries NASCAR during the racing season. Local high school sports such as football and basketball are also featured.
